1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. If the item you receive is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team Provide your order number and details about the issue with the product. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging intact and no signs of use or damage, other than the issue being reported.

2. Refund Policy

  • Cash on Delivery: Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, we do not process refunds in the traditional sense. However, if the product is returned and deemed defective or damaged, we will offer the following alternatives:
    • Replacement: We will replace the faulty or damaged product at no additional cost.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and pictures (if applicable).
  • If the return is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged or defective product, or you may be instructed to send it back to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the replacement or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • Products that are not defective or damaged upon delivery will not be eligible for return.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the product, please initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the product is being returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
